Has a word, phrase, or other linguistic item been subject to the any of the following abuses?

Inaccuracy	Shortening	Reduplication
Obfuscation	Portmanteuing	Ambiguity
Abbreviation	Cutening	Acronymization

If so, it is a candidate to be bathed in the linguistically healing waters of Language Truth.

Here are some axioms to guide you in your language truth journey:
Conjecture is better than abbreviation
Perfection takes as much time as it needs
If it's worth saying, it's worth saying as long as it takes to say it
Follow your gastrointestinal tract when you feel like something's not right with a word
Never give up. Never surrender.
